Inbound Sales Representative

You will:
Manage and respond to all inbound enquiries
Build proposals, negotiate, and close deals end to end
Handle website order changes and amendments, ensuring smooth coordination with ops and kitchen
Provide ongoing client support for repeat customers and inbound-led accounts
Effectively work cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap based on data-driven insights
Assist in refining the company's sales strategy and processes
Assist the sales and operational teams to implement best industry practices and knowledge
Provide customer support for events
We’re looking for someone with:
Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (catering or hospitality a plus) - fresh graduates with the right attitude welcome to apply
