Wedding Sales Representative
As a Wedding Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for couples planning their big day. You’ll guide them through our offerings, craft proposals that match their vision and budget, and ensure each couple feels taken care of from the very first message to the final bite. You’ll also collaborate closely with our kitchen, operations, and design teams to bring each celebration to life.
This role combines sales, relationship management, and event coordination — perfect for someone who’s people-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound wedding leads — respond promptly, qualify enquiries, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Understand each couple’s needs and preferences, offering tailored menu and service recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and menu tastings.
- Collaborate with kitchen, logistics, and events teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Build strong relationships with venues, planners, and other wedding partners to generate referrals.
- Track performance metrics and sales progress in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on wedding trends, client feedback, and competitor offerings to continuously improve our service.
Competencies / Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, events, or hospitality (wedding or catering experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented — you love timelines, checklists, and follow-ups.
- A team player who can collaborate across departments.
- Strong customer empathy — you know how to balance business goals with client happiness.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with monthly targets.
