Responsibilities• Food costing calculations.
• Be part of the development of dishes, food products, and product packaging.
• Sourcing of new ingredients.
• General maintenance of the R&D kitchen.
• Assist in Menu development.
• Assist in managing the timelines of projects.
• Documentation of recipes and nutritional values.
• Regularly updating recipe costings.
Requirements• 1 to 2 years of kitchen experience.
• Diploma in Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in QA/QC roles.
• Bilingual (English and Chinese).
• Flexibility in working hours when needed.
• A curious mind.
• Believes in getting the job done well, NOT just getting the job done.
• Lots of initiative to get things done, someone who takes ownership.
• Willing to do mad experiments, dream big, and execute big.
• Loves to experience the best food experiences, even if it means getting broke.
