Product & Experience Designer
We are looking for talented individuals to be a part of our design team. You will play an important role in the conceptualisation and implementation of our brand and design philosophy across all consumer touch points. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual designs that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Develop creative design solutions that are visually compelling, on-brand, and meet project requirements.
- Design and produce packaging materials for meal boxes, catering services, and other food-related products.
- Create engaging visuals and graphics for digital and print media, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure packaging and promotional materials meet production and budget requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of designs.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of design trends and techniques to stay current and ahead of industry standards.
- Manage and maintain a library of design assets, including templates and graphics, for use across various media channels.
- Work alongside our product, marketing and sales teams to develop the core Grain brand identity as well as the development of other virtual brands within the company.
- Manage the application of brands to ensure consistency across all physical and digital touch points.
- Conceptualise new ideas and art direction for print and digital marketing collaterals.
- Conceptualise and translate digital wireframes into functional user interface design.
- Handle food and event photography / videography, plant design, etc.!
- Any other task assigned to you from time to time.
Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years experience in product design or related field
- Strong creative, design and communication skills
- Portfolio of work

Technical requirements
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Indesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop…), Figma, etc.
- Experience in photography / videography.
- Familiar with producing design output for both digital as well as print medium.
